ODTUG has a 2 Day training session in San Mateo in October related exclusively towards Oracle Forms.
This would be a great conference for E-Business Suite Form Developers as forms are still a big part of the E-Business Suite Install base and there are many sessions at the conference that will focus on the future of Oracle Forms. (pdf)
