Oracle announced yesterday that they have agreed to acquire LogicalApps.
I know quite a few of the team at LogicalApps and this seems to be a great acquisition for Oracle. Logical Apps provides automated Governance, Risk and Compliance control solutions.
LogicalApps (Especially Chris Capdevila and Paul Brunskow) have presented to our SIG in the past and have been great OAUG advocates and supporters.
